A cancellation fee of £10 per cancelled guest will apply for any cancellations or reduction in guest numbers which were not notified to us (by telephone or email) at least 48 hours in advance of the date and time of your scheduled reservation. For tables of 6 or more, minimum of 72 hours in advance of the date and time of your scheduled reservation. If something like an emergency occurs and we are contacted ahead of your booking we may not charge the cancellation fee at our discretion, providing you immediately rebook for another date and the same number of covers within 3 months. Please note that if this new booking is not honoured or adjusted e.g covers reduced/date changed again then the original cancellation fee will apply.

All payment card details are held (no payment will be taken ahead of your booking) and any deposit or cancellation fees will be processed by Stripe Payments UK. For full details of Stripe's policy, please visit https://stripe.com/gb/privacy.

For any special events e.g Valentine's Day, Mother's/Fathers' Day, New Year's Eve or any other events a cancellation fee of £30 per person will apply if cancelled a week before the event and cancellations with less than one weeks notice will incur a charge of the full menu price per person.

The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by Boston House in terms of staffing, food preparation/waste and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential bookings.

Allergies and Dietary requirements

Please inform us of any allergies / dietary requirements in your booking comments as we require 72 hours notice in order to best cater to these.

With ever increasing dietary requirements making demands of our kitchen, we are unable to accommodate dairy free and Vegan diets on our Tasting menus. However we may be able to accommodate these requirements on our Sunday roast and Bar menu of snacks and small plates.

Please note for guests with severe allergies that may be at risk of suffering anaphylactic shock we will do our best to eliminate the risk of cross contamination within our kitchen however we cannot guarantee this as we have allergens present in our kitchens.

If you have any other questions regarding allergies and dietary requirements please don't hesitate to contact us via enquiries@bostonhouserestaurant.co.uk or call during our opening hours on 01603 551221.
